XMAS CLOSURE
We will be closed from 12 noon on Friday 20th December and opening again on Wednesday 15th January
2025, to allow our very hardworking staff much needed rest and family time.

PRESCRIPTIONS
PLEASE make sure you order prescriptions as soon as possible to see you through until late January 2025.
Our appointment slots from mid to late January may be limited and thus please allow enough time to request
an appointment if needed.

HEALTHCARE OVER THE HOLIDAY PERIOD
We request you to access virtual consultations with Practice Plus over the holiday period or visit one of the
closest A & M clinics. Details are available on our Home page.

IMMUNISATION UPDATES
WHOOPING COUGH (PERTUSSIS)

The Ministry of Health has declared a whooping cough (pertussis) epidemic in New Zealand.
As part of the National Immunisation Programme, immunisation is free for babies and children, as well as
pregnant women and those aged 45 years and 65 years if you have not had a booster in the 10 years prior.
Please phone to talk to our practice nurse if you wish to check or book in.
